What’s it like being a Caprica Client – Results from a recent client satisfaction survey

How satisfied are our clients?

We recently asked our clients to provide feedback on our services. We did this so that we can find areas to improve but as the results were so positive I thought we should let any company’s thinking about whether to sign up how our current clients feel about us. About a third of our clients completed the survey and answered the overall satisfaction question as per the table above.

Whilst, we would love 100% to be Extremely Satisfied the fact that no one was dissatisfied was great to hear. When I started Caprica Online three years ago online accounting firms were a rare thing so this sort of response provides a lot of encouragement for our model of delivering super-responsive accounting advice via the cloud. We also asked clients to rate us on some specific factors: My accountant q   5 = Extremely Satisfied 0 = Extremely Dissatisfied

On top of that we got some great written comments both positive and also suggestions for how we can improve. The challenge for the next year is implementing some of those areas for improvement and raising overall satisfaction.

We used www.surveymonkey.com to do the survey, it was very easy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
