VAT returns

It’s easy to prepare and submit VAT returns yourself in Xero. But if you want your Caprica Accountant to do this for you they’ll be delighted to help. All we require is an up to date Xero account.

Bookkeeping

If you don’t want to enter your transactions into Xero yourself, we’re here to help. Just send us your purchase invoices and payroll records each month and we’ll enter them into Xero and reconcile your bank account.

Management Accounts

Using Xero to monitor your financial performance is really easy but if you need a formal set of monthly management accounts to show off your business to others we can do it for you for a low fixed monthly fee

Payroll

We’ll prepare your payroll every month, all you need to provide is provide the gross pay numbers for your employees and we’ll prepare electronic payslips and a simple summary of the net pay due and PAYE liabilities
