Auto enrolment for your Small Business
Auto enrolment has been a reality for big and medium businesses for a number of years but it’s only in 2016 and 2017 that Small Businesses are getting pulled in. It’s a legal requirement for all employers to have a scheme in place by their Staging Date (you can check your staging date on the Pensions Regulator site here).

We’ll handle all the obligations with just the occasional signature required on your side.
What it costs
Our competitive fees are a £250 + VAT one off setup fee and an ongoing £25 + VAT subscription.
In addition, the employer will be required to make contributions on behalf of employees – you can see details of how that works in our article Auto Enrolment – Everything you need to know.
NEST (the Pension Scheme) doesn’t charge any fees to employers but does charge employees an annual management charge of 0.3% and a contribution charge of 1.8% (correct as at 02/02/2016).
